This is a fast growing hardy coral that has stunning green almost fluorescent polyps and a fluorescent green base. Polyps can extend roughly 0.5-1” generally. This is the perfect starter coral. Leathers can remain closed for long periods of time, taking on a waxy appearance, shrinking, and even shedding their skin as they grow. They do best in moderate to high lighting (PAR 150-250) and flow. This particular species is aquacultured. Toadstools can be found in the wild around many areas of the Indo Pacific.
