Pachyclavularia violacea, referred to as green star polyps of gsp for aquarists. This hardy fast growing starter coral brings some grassy movement to the tank. However, it can take over rock work and grows very quickly so we suggest isolating on the sandbed or back wall away from other rockwork to avoid it overgrowing/encrusting over other corals. While it can adjust to many areas of the tank, we get the best movement in moderate to low light (100-150 PAR) with moderate flow.
