This species can tolerate a range of lighting and flow, but has been found to grow best in moderate to high lighting (PAR 200-250) with moderate to high flow to bring out the most color. Acroporas can be found with many different colors that can dramatically change when their environment is altered (Nutrients, Lighting, Parameter change etc) Growth patterns include encrusting, branching, tabling like formations. While this species is aquacultured, its origins are found around the islands of the Indopacific including Fiji, Tonga, Solomon Islands, and the Great Barrier Reef. Our SPS corals are broadcast fed our Nannochloropsis phytoplankton to insure healthy tissue and color.
